Return Window
We offer a 30-day return period from the date you receive your item. Return requests initiated after this timeframe may not be accepted.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in brand-new, unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact. When returning a helmet, please pack it securely, using shipping practices consistent with how it was originally delivered. Returns that show signs of damage, wear, or missing components will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages or Errors
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the product is defective, damaged, or if you received an incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.
